QHSE Coordinator
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus Benefits
Irwin and Colton have been engaged by the world's largest real estate and facilities management provider, that are looking to recruit a new QHSE Coordinator. The role would be covering one of their newest accounts in the Dartford area, with a focus on commercial property management and management of contractors across the site. The position will report to the QHSE and Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities of the QHSE Coordinator will include:
- Engaging with key stakeholders to drive a positive health and safety culture
- Supporting the development and delivery of health and safety strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the health and safety functions
- Supporting the assessment and development of the health and safety across the site
- Supporting the Manager with data collection when identifying risk trends, as well as report writing for meeting reviews
The successful QHSE Coordinator will have:
- Proven experience within health and safety; ideally within a corporate environment, such as commercial buildings, retail, or facilities management
- IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum and NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) is desirable
- A critical eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders
