Interim Head of Building Safety
Circa £500 per day (Outside IR35)
3-6 Month Contract - London - Hybrid
Are you looking for your next contract role? Do you have extensive experience in building safety cases? A leading University is seeking an experienced Head of Building Safety to manage critical safety processes for a hall of residence in Southwest London. This interim role involves ensuring compliance, developing safety case management systems, and preparing for future submissions across multiple residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the building assessment certificate and safety case for the residence.
- Implement safety management processes and respond to incidents and complaints.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, fire advisors, and key internal teams.
- Prepare groundwork for future safety submissions for additional properties.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in building safety case management.
- Knowledge of residential property safety, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comprehensive Health and Safety Qualifications
