Where we started
Dr. Martens were looking to identify a Global Health & Safety Manager to define, shape and lead the implementation of a global safety strategy that provides a clear standard and framework. The role was primarily tasked with working collaboratively with all areas of the business to educate, influence and support, to raise the bar on safety.
