I love to work closely with the team, helping to train and develop their skills. Our success as a business is based on helping people reach their goals both personal and professional, so involvement in this is a definite highlight.
I‘ve recruited in the UK and Internationally for over a decade. Being in the privileged position of hiring senior level roles at the forefront of driving change across the Safety and Sustainability industry. To have positively impacted people’s careers and supported businesses solving their most important challenges, has given me purpose and always keep things interesting.
Out of hours
With a young family, weekends are never quiet! I enjoy family time and when not taking my kids to clubs, I’ll be trying to fit in training for my next triathlon. Little known facts – I did my first half Ironman last year and doing the full distance is on the bucket list. I’ve worked and studied at University in Australia, and pre-kids I used to love riding my Ducati.
