We've been engaged by one of the leading integrated waste management companies in the UK to recruit a Regional Health and Safety Advisor. The role is focused on promoting a positive health and safety culture and to improve health and safety performance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities of the Regional Health and Safety Advisor will include:
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture across multiple sites
- Designing and delivering engaging health and safety training sessions to employees
- Maintaining accurate health and safety records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Working with the health and safety team to develop and implement new initiatives that enhance workplace safety and drive continuous improvement
The successful Regional Health and Safety Advisor will have:
- Proven experience in a similar health and safety role. Experience within high risk industries or logistics would be beneficial but not essential
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent with the ambition to achieve higher qualifications
- An enthusiastic and positive approach to health and safety
