Health and Safety Coordinator
London (Home working)
Salary: £30,000- £38,000 plus Car Allowance
Irwin and Colton has been engaged by a leading real estate organisation to recruit a new Health and Safety Coordinator. The organisation specialises in commercial and residential real estate, offering a wide range of services including property management, valuation, and investment advice. This role will report to the Director of SHEQ.
Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Coordinator will include:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and alignment with identified business risks.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions resulting from audits
- Support the enhancement and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Assist the Director of SHEQ and the Compliance Team as required
The successful Health and Safety Coordinator will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role conducting internal audits is essential
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- IOSH managing safely is desirable
