Ergonomics Consultant
Location: London
Up to £50,000 Plus Benefits
We have been engaged by a global consultancy who work alongside some of the world's leading businesses across numerous industries, and they are looking to being onboard a new Ergonomics Consultant to lead on human factors and ergonomic projects and disciplines with a high-profile client within the media and technology space.
Responsibilities of the Ergonomics Consultant will include:
- To manage ergonomics programmes for the client across their office, retail and lab settings, including reactive tasks to support employees in discomfort, and taking proactive initiatives to drive forward the programme and raise awareness of preventative actions
- Engaging with stakeholders both internally and with clients to ensure that programme objectives are met, as well as sharing regular reports with stakeholders
- To effectively communicate and co-operate within a project team to support the achievement of a project brief through the provision of efficient and professional services.
- To demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of and comply with legislation, Company policies and procedures and work within agreed resources.
The successful Ergonomics Consultant will have:
- Degree in relevant subject
- Demonstration of equivalent qualification or experience in Ergonomics
- Desirable to be a Member of Professional Body (e.g CIEHF)
- DSE assessor qualified and preferably advanced ergonomics qualification such as CEAS level 1, MSc etc.
- Other Environmental, Health, Safety or Wellbeing qualifications desirable
